1) What does Keiki Ananda mean?
Keiki is the Hawai’ian word for child or children. Ananda means bliss in Sanskrit, the ancient sacred language of India. Keiki Ananda can be translated as Child of Bliss, Children of Bliss, or Bliss Kids.
The phrase Keiki Ananda appeared in a channelled transmission by Mirra Rose on November 14, 2013. It was defined there as a “crystalline sphere of pure light,” or “Children of the Golden Light.” This can refer to children being born now who will lead humanity into a Golden Age through their innocence, purity, and high consciousness. It can also refer to the child of bliss within each one of us and/or childlike blissful energies which “commingle with the energies of those whose souls reflect and resonate with their vibration.” “Therefore, there is nothing to do but allow this beautiful, powerful light to be brought through your bodies.” To read the transcript of the first channeling referring to Keiki Ananda, click here.
Keiki Ananda first appeared as the name of a community in Makawao, Maui, Hawai’i in 1996 headed by Sachin Hazen. This community, previously called Lokahi, was originally made up of young people from Kripalu Center in Massachusetts who followed their bliss as opposed to the conventional path of material security.
Kecia Joy says, “Keiki Ananda to me is the feeling of a child’s wonder, excitement, and astonishment at most everything, even of the simplest of things. I have experienced this energy as being able to finally fully embrace the moment, as if time were standing still, and I am left standing in astonishment at all that is around me. It is also an uncontrollable urge to burst into laughter and tears of joy for no reason. It amplifies when it comes into harmony with powerful energy and similar vibrations. It’s a feeling of purity and truth pouring from within and a knowingness that everything is truly all right, and always will be.”
2) What does a hypnotherapy therapy session look like?
In an actual hypnotherapy session, the client and therapist discuss the changes that are desirable in a person’s belief system and behavior. These are then formulated into suggestions and affirmations agreed upon by the client. With the aid of the therapist, (s)he becomes progressively more relaxed until the activity of the conscious mind is suspended and the subconscious becomes available for transformation. The therapist then makes the suggestions agreed upon. When the process is complete, the transformed client is returned to normal consciousness.
